SHIPPING POLICY

At El Buen Cacao, every order is carefully packed using professional, insulated packaging to help protect your chocolate during transit.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase.

To protect product quality, orders placed on Fridays may be held and shipped the following Monday, depending on the final destination. This ensures that chocolate is not left in a shipping facility over the weekend.

For local or short-distance shipments where transit time is minimal, Friday shipping may be available.

We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays due to limited carrier operations. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on the next business day, typically Monday, unless it falls on a holiday.

Tracking & Delivery

A tracking number is provided with every order once it has shipped. Please ensure that you or a designated recipient is available to receive the package upon delivery, as chocolate is temperature-sensitive.
