We offer a variety of shipping options, however all chocolates are shipped in a professional manner and well-insulated packaging.
Chocolates are usually shipped within 1-2 days of ordering. Orders made on Friday will be shipped Monday depending on its final destination as we do not want to leave any chocolate items sitting at any shipping facility over the weekend.
If it is local to its point of origin then it will be shipped on Friday. We do not ship orders on Saturdays and Sundays due to the post office being closed on these days, but if your order is made over the weekend it will be shipped immediately after the weekend is over, which is usually on a Monday (unless it falls on a holiday).
Tracking number is sent with every order, so please make sure you or someone else is present when your package arrives. If for some reason tracking number is not sent to you please reach out to us and we will provide you with the number.
