Refund policy

Chocolate is a food. Therefore, we do not accept returns on chocolate. If there are any issues with your order we will credit you for the amount spent on chocolate items, but we cannot credit you for shipping. Our products are shipped in insulated and secured packaging, so credited amount is based on proof of items harmed during shipping.
